We had a pleasant stay at this guest house. The owner was so nice and everywhere was clean and loved the typical Scottish house. Two thumbs up!

Nice & clean, friendly staff. Only real downside I could say is the check in time is a bit screwy. Nobody available till 4pm and although they have private parking, you cant access your car on check out unless you walk round. Otherwise good
Warning - Got ripped offWe stayed two days with my girlfriend in May 2017. Everything seemed good until we discover tenant charged us twice!They never accepted we paid by card and asked us to leave money in the room. Apparently, after all, it was to swindle us. Back home we realized that we got ripped off since they used my credit card securing our stay to charge me a second time. I have picture proving I paid but they keep denying.Scotland is a beautiful country with lovely people, it would be too stupid to waste our stay with such dishonest tenant.
The location of the guest house with respect to the city was great and we were happy that walking to the Oban Distillery took less than 10 minutes. We booked 3 rooms; two doubles (rooms 1 & 4) and a family room for four (room 6). The rooms had TV and private parking is available in the back. The couple that runs the guest house was so friendly and helpful. I would recommend this as a good value.
