They charged 10 more than agreed at booking online but we did not notice until we got home. Rooms clean and nice. Poor breakfast.

Brilliant B&B on arrival George the owner gave us a warm welcome.he showed us a map of oban cheapest places to eat.best trips to go on very helpful.only drawback room on top floor a spiral case abit of a climb.we had a sea view lovely.room is small but everything provided tea coffee.botled water.hairdryer plenty of draw space and hangers.shower was great.breakfast was continental and plenty of choice.eggs scrambled.boiled or fryed.great. tea and toast.jams.we stayed there 3 night stay.highly recommend if had a homely welcome.would come back again.
Very friendly family run b&b. Fantastic breakfast with lots of selection for sweet or savory appetites. Rooms are small but charming and the bed was very comfortable.
George is a very good host. Room at the attic was too small for a kingsize bed. Breakfast was good. Room was clean but poor WiFi
