Just spent a lovely two days at the Manor House. Great room, great facilities and lovely food. Staff friendly and accommodating. Would recommend a visit here
I have only had dinner here, never stayed in the actual hotel. Dinner was wonderful. There is a classic, old timey Scottish feel to the place, but that is not a bad thing. The restaurant's quaint charm is backed up with fantastic food and service. Each dish of the 5 course tasting menu was delicious. Worth coming to if you need dinner in Oban.
One of our favourite hotels. The rooms are a bit small but beautifully furnished and comfortable. We had a sea view which is stunning. The food is always exceptional. the atmosphere of the hotel is small and friendly but has class too!
The experience I had at The Manor House, was by far the best dinning experience I have ever had. We were greeted at the door and then escorted to the lounge which overlooked Oban Bay. We ordered our food and then we had a couple of drinks. When our food was almost ready, we were taken through to the dining room. I don't think I could do the food justice in a written review but it was the best food I have every had the pleasure of experiencing. Overall the food, the service and atmosphere was second to none. If your looking for fine dining The Manor House is where you should go.
Old style restaurant - quality food with good staff and reasonable prices. What more could you want. A great place to meet up with old friends and enjoy a good meal. Which is just What and my family did there last week. 5 stars indeed
