We just couldn't sleep at all since the bed was in a horrible condition. The bed springs were poking us in our backs. This made us really tired the day after and we were lucky we got to bed early that night. To top it all off the walls are thin as paper so you could clearly hear when someone is using the bathroom. It wasn't a charming place at all; neither homely nor cozy. There were angry signs everywhere stating obvious things. Also the lady that greated us could have a better attitude. The room was supposed to have free Wi-fi however we didn't get any reception at all. The signal was weak to say the least.Would not recommend this place. Go to Kings Knoll Hotel instead (or another hotel with a funny name of your choice).
A very good jumping off place for Highlands and Islands.
The location is good within easy reach of all the attractions. Basic facilities and in need of a good makeover. Breakfast was okay.
