Enjoyed the stay in July but rang the site before we arrived as we decided we wanted some extra nights there. Owner very laid back and said sort it when we got there. Asked 3 times about extending our one week stay before he looked at his diary only to be told he'd just let the last space! Other than that this is a lovely site
What can I say that hasn't already been said. This camping is AMAZING! The owner is very friendly and very thorough in cleaning! The camping is just about the right size, nice area, very good facilities. I kinda agree to those who gave one star review: you don't have to come, this way we have it all for ourselves!
Best camping we had during our first fisit to Scotland. Very friendly owners. Grass was nice and tidy. Toilets where spotless. Showers were nice and had plenty of room, so showering together is no problem. The downside to the showers is that you have to put in a coin for a 10 min shower, a coin cost 1 pound. I rather pay extra so I don't have to worry about those. There is a nice hut on the site, which is great for campers with a tent. This way you can sit dry and cosy if the weather is not that great. Will definitely come back!
We were passing through when we decided to spend the night here. The operator was very helpful and friendly. Super view and short way to the beach.I was surprised at the cleanliness of the campsite and the sanitary facilities. I was thrilled that at 10:30 pm everything was so clean that I took a picture which is attached here.we would stay there again and again
You won't find a cleaner or better run campsite. The owners are attentive and helpful and the facilities are attractive and scrupulously clean. A nice touch is the selection of frozen curries available for purchase with detailed heating instructions and use of microwave. The views are lovely and it's nice to walk in the nearby woods and park, and on the beach. Conveniently placed to visit Oban.
