Unfortunately this dinner was somehow disappointing, my scallops were ok but my partners meat was overcooked, we would have liked to mentioned to the waitress but from the moment they put our mains in the table no one came anywhere near us anymore, so much so that we had to stand up and ask to pay out bill at the door. It felt overpriced for the quality of the food and poor service.
Highly recommend, best gluten free menu I have ever seen. Staff were so friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back. Thank you x
My wife and I went to this restaurant to have lunch, while on a whistle-stop tour of Scotland to Glen Coe.This restaurant is updated, and the staff is friendly. My wife and I ordered two starters and two entrees. The Mussels were excellent however, the King Prawns could have had a better sear.The Trout was good, the Scallops were cooked to perfection but, could use some more seasoning.This restaurant is a great place to have fresh seafood, at a reasonable price. I have definitely paid more for less, elsewhere.
Really good lunch menu deal (14.99 for two courses) and delicious food.Pleasant restaurant with great views. Would recommend the oysters with grilled cheese!
Fresh Fish and a Set Price Lunch MenuHad a delicious lunch here after touring a local distillery. The set price menu was 14.99 for a starter and a main. The food was freshly cooked to order and was very enjoyable. The wait staff were friendly and attentive. The restaurant is decorated in a minimalist style with views of the harbour. It seems to attract tourists, so if that's not your scene it may be better to go a bit further off the beaten track.
