We were there 13 minutes in advance... the young guy from the office said we were running late and had to run.. however he did not give us any instructions and just said "it is on your left"... We didn't know it was the main ferry terminal and we finally got there at 9.43 they said the boat had left! Couldnt get a refund and that young guy was a couch... to be polite. He could at least be nice. If he had phoned the terminal quickly to say we were coming we wouldn't have wasted over 100 on a birthday present we couldn't do.... thanks young lad... maybe you got 100 to waste but we don't
Friendly people . Our trip to Mull & Iona was amazing, despite the weather ( yeah, thats Scotland style ). Our driver in Mull , Conrad , was a very nice driver , guide. Also very funny , thanks a lot for your jokes and tips .
Three island tourFirst boat is with 400-500 peopleThen in the first island, there is 6-7 buses. You go around, no stop, no going around. Nothing special in the island, same landscapes than Mainland. After 1 hour you reach a port. You go on a 2nd island, its cute. The third one is awesome, Staffa.Just take the trip to Staffa. You will save a bunch of money and time (6hours trips in total)
Did the 3 island tour to mull, staff and Iona. It was fantastic. All well organised and lady in reception was very helpful and friendly, thank you
Great 3 isles tour! We originally booked the early bird tour but missed the first ferry as we could only find parking that took coins, and we only had bills. (so heads up!) The ferry closes boarding 10 minutes before it departs, so get there early! Luckily, West Coast Tours allowed us to go on the later tour the same day for 7 extra GBP compared to the early bird price. The tour itself was great, our bus driver (I believe his name is Chris) was awesome, really informative and funny! On the tour we saw puffins, bottlenose dolphins and seals. Fingal's cave was really cool to see, even though you can't go in right now. I'd recommend this to anyone! (people even brought their dogs on the tour!)
