Quite harbour with very interesting surroundings

I will never set foot in this train station again - what a disgrace this is Oban. They have toilets which are kept locked at all times, despite the notice saying they will be unlocked 15 mins before and 15 mins after a train departure. The staff are incredibly ingnorant - I requested a key on 3 occasions - no key whilst I am trying desperately to hold on. I asked if they could direct me to another toilet that was open but apparently she was serving someone. So incredibly rude and ignorant and definitely not conducive to wanting to visit Oban again. The people of Oban and the visitors to Oban deserve so much better than this. If ye have any issues whatever with needing a toilet in a hurry don't come to this station. I think the staff really got a wee kick out of seeing how uncomfortable I was and what could I do - it got to 8 mins before my train was due to leave. I shall never arrive in or leave oban by train again.
