Fantastic stay in Highlander 3 pod. Very clean well kept. Fantastic hot tub and great view. Staff very welcoming and informative. Treat yourself to a fish supper you won't be disappointed.Looking forward to our next visit.
Beautiful site. Spotlessly clean. Shower/ wash facilities were amazing. We had a warm welcome on arrival. We are here for the week ... Leaving tomorrow. I don't want to go home!
Awe this campsite and it's owners are absolutely lovely. The whole site is beautiful. Toilets & showers were perfect. Short walk to the beach, or the village shop, or up the road to a scrummy chippy. We can recommend the haggis & chips. All pitches were quite level, water & electric hook up, either on your pitch, or very close.
Lovely quiet, family campsite. Kevin was friendly, courteous and went out of his way to help us extend our booking. The showers are really good and heated. I would highly recommend.
Having spent a long weekend at Highfield in May, I decided this would be a great place for a two week break during the summer holidays.Highfield is a lovely, peaceful site, which is clean and well maintained. Kevin and Helen, who run the site, are lovely and so helpful.I am in the middle of my two week break with my three daughters (6, 3, 3) and we are having a great time. There is a lovely big beach just a 5 minute walk away, down a path that is brilliant for walking the dogs. With a large grass area just before the beach which is perfect for letting the kids run off some of that summer holiday energy!!As I said the site itself is clean and well maintained with a modern shower block and large pitches. Our pitch was big enough for our touring caravan, large awning and had space to spare for the girls to play without intruding on others pitches. With regards to the one star review, Im not exactly sure what happened, however, in my experience, my children have been able to play and run around freely without having been shouted at, and I have seen lots of other happy families during my stay here.I would highly recommend Highfield Holidays as a place for anyone! Im already looking forward to Highfield Summer 2019!
