Great for little kids, my little cousins and sister loved it as they could get involved in lots of activities! There was a gift shop which was a little bit expensive, but there were lots of things available to buy there. There were also activities that kids can complete in order to earn medals so overall it was very fun. Would definitely recommend visiting!!

What a lovely place. We visited on a wet day which was okay as nearly all of the attraction is under shelter. I was informed that the sea life sanctuary is set to close at the end of the month. I am absolutely devastated to hear this, as the service the staff provide not only to the public but most importantly to poorly seals is most needed. Now sick seals have to travel to the east coast of Scotland to get the much needed treatment they deserve. I just hope Merlin have a change of heart before it's too late.

Closing down this month (Oct 18), as a result the cafe was closed. The last otter also passed away so the only open attractions where the seals & aquarium walk around. It's sad to see the place go as I think it would have been amazing in its prime, and the staff are really passionate about animal conservation.

Extremely good day out here, the place isn't massive, but was plenty to see, they do good work here, looking after the seals then releasing them. They had a baby 2 week old seal there called Jeff, lost its mum, wanted to take it home with us!

I really love the sea life sanctuary at Oban. It's a testament to the caring of humanity for the nature around us. The seals are of course the primary attraction, and are often to be found chilling out in public view in the little outdoor pools. There is also a small aquarium with a good selection of intriguing sea creatures.
